Community Center
Hours: Daily 8 AM to 10 PM
Reservations: Reservations for members only may be made by filling out a reservation form. A link to find and print this form is found on the Residents page. Reservations are limited to 2 times per year per household unless approved by the HOA Board.
Pool Hours: Open seasonally from 8 AM to 10 daily
Pool Use: The pool is for the use of members only and their specific guests. Members must be present and present Community Center key as proof of residency upon request of the HOA. Complete pool use rules are provided to members as they sign the terms and conditions agreement for their access key and facilities use.
Lawn Maintenance
All homes in Park Place have yard maintenance provided by the HOA through third party services. Your current provider is Magnolia Custom Lawn Care. A schedule of services as currently contracted with seasonal frequency as follows.
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
March – Bi-weekly
April – October – Weekly
November – Bi-weekly
- Lawn Maintenance Front & Back (mow, edge, weed-eat & blow) each residential home and pull weeds in front landscape beds
- Fertilization & Weed Control (Front & Back) – 6 applications per year – applications are as follows:
Winter Pre-emergent
Spring Pre-emergent with Broadleaf Weed Control
Fertilizations with Weed Control
Summer – MSMA Grassy Weed Treatments
Fall Pre-emergent with Weed Control

HOA Administration
Member Annual Meeting: The annual meeting of members of the HOA will be scheduled within 45 days of the beginning of each calendar year. Notices will be sent to each home address. Attendance will be taken and at these meeting, each home owner will have one vote. Further information can be found in the HOA Declaration and Bylaws found under “About” on the home page of the website.
Directors: Board members are elected at the Annual Meeting according to the schedule of their term and the Bylaws.
Officers: Officers of the HOA are elected at the first board meeting after the Annual meeting in accordance with the Bylaws.
