- The majority of homes at Park Place are custom-built for specific homeowners. However, at times there will be custom-built “spec” homes available for sale or under construction.
Is Park Place at Old Town a gated community?
- No, it is not a gated community. At Park Place at Old Town, neighbors become friends in a safe, aesthetically-pleasing environment.
What schools service Park Place?
- The esteemed Rockwall ISD is the public school system that serves Park Place. The school district is well-known for its high academic standards. The RISD athletic and fine-arts programs are also highly respected throughout the state. There are also several excellent private and church-related schools in the area.
Are there architectural guidelines at Park Place at Old Town?
- Yes, there is an Architectural Review Board and architectural guidelines to ensure aesthetic cohesiveness and the highest quality construction.
Is there a Homeowners Association at Park Place at Old Town?
- Yes, the Park Place HOA provides seasonal lawn care including mowing, edging, fertilizing and weed control as part of the nominal $200 monthly fee. Lawn care does not include hedge or tree trimming. The HOA also provides holiday decorations for HOA areas, usually at Christmas and Independence Day. In addition, the HOA fee also allows residents the use of the community center and pool.
